Riyadh Steel Company was established as a branch of a sole proprietorship in the name of Maan Bin Hamad Al-Jasser Factory for Rolling Iron to its owner, Mr. Maan Bin Hamad Bin Mohammed Al-Jasser, and registered in the Commercial Register in Riyadh under No. (158433) and dated 14/01/1421H (corresponding to 04/19/2000G) and with a capital of SAR (1,177,500) one million One hundred and seventy-seven thousand five hundred Saudi riyals. On 16/12/1421 AH (corresponding to 11/03/2001 G) the branch of the Maan Bin Hamad Al-Jasser Factory was transformed into a limited liability company under the name of Riyadh Rolling Iron Company Limited, with a capital of SAR (5,000,000) five million Saudi riyals, on 11/04/1426H (corresponding to 06/12/2005G) the partners amended the trade name, and on 12/29/1430H (corresponding to 16/11/2009G) the partners increased the companys capital from SAR (5,000,000) five million Saudi riyals to SAR (10,700,000) Ten million seven hundred thousand Saudi riyals divided into (10,700) ten thousand seven hundred shares, and on 22/12/1442H (corresponding to 01/08/2021G) the partners increased the companys capital from SAR (10,700,000) ten million seven hundred thousand Saudi riyals to SAR (40,000,000) ) Forty million Saudi riyals by transferring retained profits, and on 01/05/1443H (corresponding to 09/08/2021G), the partners modified the companys term from (10) years to (99) years, and increased the companys capital from SAR (40,000,000) forty One million Saudi riyals to SAR (50,000,000) fifty million Saudi riyals, by capitalizing the retained earnings in the amount of SAR (10,000,000) ten million Saudi riyals, based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors on 04/18/1443H (corresponding to 11/23/2021G).
