Jarir Marketing Company was established in Riyadh in 1979 as a joint venture company and then became a Saudi joint stock company and was listed in the Saudi Stock Exchange since 2003 under Commercial Registration No. 1010032264. The paid-up capital is SR 1,200 million. And e-commerce within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in addition to entering the GCC markets.
