The Securities Depository Centre Company “Edaa” announces that its Board has issued Resolution Number (17-2023) dated 12/03/1445H corresponding to 27/09/2023G approving the following:
•    The amended Depository Centre Procedures (Click here).
The Amendments to the Depository Centre Procedures include changes to the investor’s identification and the settlement instructions mechanisms.

It should be noted that the amended Procedures shall be effective as of the date of publication.
