As a guarantee for part of the Eastern Industrial Company’s loans to Bank Al Jazira and the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. The company would like to clarify to its esteemed shareholders that it owns 12% of Eastern Industrial Co. and that if this amount is collected according to liquidation procedures, the financial impact will be positive on cash flows. The company will announce any developments in this regard later. |
