The Board of Directors of Naseej International Trading Company is pleased to announce the decision of its Board of Directors, on 1 6July 2024 as follows: First: Appointing Dr. Wael Saad Abdulaziz AL Rashid (Independent) as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Second: Appointing Mr. Musalli Mahdi Mohammed Almuammar (Independent) as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. Third: The Board approved the formation of the following committees: Remuneration and Nominations Committee and the audit committee and the Executive Committee. Fourth: appointment of the Secretary of the BODs., and representatives of the Company have been appointed to represent the Company at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) for all purposes related to complying with CMA regulation. |
